Due to changing nature of our supply market we leave the right to replace any product from a specific manufactorer by a product of another manufactorer. We garantee that product is either indentical or very close substitute, of the same price and quality.

Shipping fees and terms.

United States orders less than $10 will have $7.00 shipping fee.

United States orders more than $10 and less than $50 will have $12 shipping fee.

United States orders more than $50 will have free shipping.

Orders outside of United States will be charged $25 international shipping fee.

All orders are going to be shipped to customers within 5 to 7 business days.

Return Policy

You may return any unopened products within 15 days of purchase, for a refund (less 25% restocking fee). Opened products are not subject to refund. Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with your return or exchange. We cannot process your return or exchange without this information.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using a delivery confirmation method to ensure proper delivery.

After the shipping department receives your return, it takes up to 2 business days to process a refund. A credit will be issued specific to the original method of payment. Please allow 2-3 business days for the credit to reflect on your credit card statement, if applicable.
